What you may choose to keep

This can include conversations, journal entries, prayers, saved Scripture, plans, check-ins, Stronger exercises and the personal patterns you explicitly confirm.

On your device and in your account

Some preferences are stored on your device first. When you sign in, supported information is copied to your private account so it can appear on your other devices. Account-owned records are protected so ordinary users can only access their own information.

When AI is involved

The text needed to answer you, plus limited relevant context, is sent for AI processing. We do not sell personal information or give identifiable wellbeing or faith information to advertisers. Necessary contracted service providers may process information to operate the service.

Your controls

You can see and remove confirmed personal understanding, export supported account data and permanently delete your account through the app. Use the contact form for privacy requests or questions.

What is still being documented
