The birthplace test
If I'd grown up surrounded by another faith would I find it equally convincing? How do we separate good reasons from familiar ones?
A Christian companion for anxious minds
A quiet place for honest minds and searching hearts. Find support for anxious moments, explore faith at your own pace, and meet people who understand that life can be both beautiful and hard.

A place to belong
Behind 6 brings together people who already love God, people finding their way back, and people asking their first honest question. Read quietly, share what is real, or encourage someone who needs it today.

That little word ‘we’ in a hymn deserves some attention. It’s easy to sing it and picture only people we like. Perhaps, before the next hymn, bring to mind one Christian whose company you find difficult. Not to settle the disagreement. Just to remember that worship isn’t a private club for people with our temperament. A small word. Rather a lot of room inside it.

A child wanting to stop bedtime prayers might be asking for privacy, not rejecting faith. I'd rather leave room for that than turn a familiar ritual into a loyalty test. But I dont think the next step is always obvious. How would you keep prayer available without making a child feel watched or measured?

Faith, without pressure
Read the whole Bible in a verified translation, pray when words will not come, learn the people and places behind Scripture, or bring your doubts into a community that makes room for them.
Ask real questions, learn the story and take faith one step at a time.
Bring anxiety, grief or a hard day without being told your faith is too small.
Share hope, pray for someone, or leave a thoughtful word for another person.

A programme built around your pattern
Most apps help you calm down in the moment. Stronger goes further: it builds a personal picture of how anxiety works on you — then trains your mind, a few minutes a day, to loosen its grip.
step 1Understand the loop
step 2Practise a new response
step 3Collect your own evidence
step 4Live a little biggerStronger isn't a cure, and it doesn't promise one. It's about learning how to act around anxiety — how to be with it, do things anyway, and slowly need the app less.
One quiet place. Many ways through.

A personal Anxiety Map, then a few minutes of training a day: catch worst-case thoughts, tolerate not-knowing, check less, and gently face what anxiety took — with your own evidence to prove it.

Talk any time. Behind 6 answers warmly, offers one kind of help at a time, and asks before suggesting anything — never preachy, never clinical.

For the hardest moments: a calm voice that guides you through breathing, grounding and the next few minutes, adjusting to whether you feel better, same or worse.

Pour out everything in your head and Behind 6 helps turn it into a few gentle, doable steps — with focus mode, routines, a shopping list and a kind end-of-day review.

Tasks, things you're waiting on, stuff that needs doing, meals and transitions — everyday life in one calm place, built on the same gentle system as My Day.

Check in morning, afternoon, evening and night with a face for how you feel. A private journal keeps the date, time and mood of every entry.

Read the complete World English Bible from Genesis, tick off chapters as you go, save and highlight verses, and find passages for fear, rest and comfort.

Pray with guidance when words won't come — or just sit quietly. Faith content is always labelled and the app never invents or misquotes Scripture.

Dozens of short guided exercises: breathing, grounding, body calming, reality checks and reflections, ready the moment you need them.

A softer night mode for racing thoughts, and a living illustrated cabin with firelight, rain, seasons and keepsakes you collect over time.

Breathing, grounding and spiritual grounding you can use right now, without an account. The breathing circle loops gently for as long as you need.
A kinder way to notice patterns
A quick face, a few words and optional context become a gentle picture over time. No streaks. No wellbeing score. Just useful things you may not have noticed alone.

Saturday · 4:20pm
Steady · outside · needed quiet
“My mind was loud this morning, but getting outside and saying what I actually needed made the afternoon feel steadier.”

Every entry can keep its date, time, feeling and the words that mattered—private to your account and ready when you want to look back.
What felt a little lighter today?
What makes this different

Most anxiety apps hook you with habit loops — streaks to protect, badges to lose, guilt for missed days. Behind 6 has none. You come back when you need to, and it's glad to see you.

The companion learns how anxiety works on you — your loops, your worst-case jumps, what helps and what doesn't — and speaks to that, kindly, one thing at a time.

Calming down matters. But Stronger trains you for the long game: tolerating uncertainty, checking less, facing avoided things, trusting your own evidence.

Prayer, Scripture and gentle spiritual tools are there if you want them — and completely out of view if you don't. You don't have to believe anything to belong here.

Everything you see — Stronger included — is free to use. No paywall between you and the help.
A calmer few minutes, right here
Breathe, ground yourself or make a little room for faith. No account. No paywall.

If you feel dizzy or light-headed, stop and breathe normally. Holds should never feel like a strain.
The quiet journal

Clear, thoughtful reading for the moments you want to understand what your mind and body are doing.

The next chapter
Behind 6 is building a community where you can be understood without having to explain every part of yourself — and where you can quietly become the person who helps someone else.
And over time, the app is designed to need you less, not more. The goal of Behind 6 is that you reach for it less and live more — anxiety still there sometimes, but no longer in charge.
You're early. Everything is free, and the people who join now shape what this becomes.
You don't need the right words. Start exactly where you are.
Behind 6 offers support and encouragement. It is not a replacement for professional care or emergency services.
