My Day: a to-do list that's kind to you

When everything feels urgent, nothing gets started. My Day is built for frozen, overloaded brains — including ADHD brains — and it never shames you for what didn't happen.

1. Pour it all out

Type or speak everything rattling around your head — bills, texts, the washing, the thing you've avoided for weeks. You don't need to organise it.

2. Let it be sorted for you

The app suggests which items are today, which can wait and which can go. Big tasks are broken into small first steps. Nothing is saved until you tap to agree.

3. Ask "What should I do?"

Tell it how much time and energy you have — five minutes, fifteen, half an hour — and it picks one thing that fits.

4. Focus, five minutes at a time

Focus mode shows one task and a soft timer. Starting is the hardest part, so the first step is always tiny.

5. Routines and shopping

Morning and evening routines carry the repetitive things so your head doesn't have to. The shopping list remembers what you ran out of.

6. A kind end of day

The review asks what went okay and moves unfinished things on without guilt. No streaks, no red marks, no failure.
